Solo for the first time at 34. Some things that surprised me

I kept putting it off because it felt like something you do at 22. did 3 weeks in Vietnam and I can't believe I waited this long. the loneliness thing is real for maybe the first 2 days and then it just isn't. you talk to more people when you're alone. ate better, moved slower, didn't compromise once. already planning the next one.
