Seminyak, Ubud, or Canggu?

If someone is going to Bali for the first time, would you stay in one area or split the trip? Seminyak seems better for beach clubs, restaurants, and villas. Ubud feels better for rice terraces, wellness, and slower days. Canggu looks fun for cafes and remote work, but I keep hearing the traffic can be annoying. I’m thinking a few nights in Ubud and a few nights near the coast might feel more balanced than trying to do everything from one base.
