Is Qatar Airways still worth the longer layover through Doha?

I’m looking at a Bangkok to Paris route and Qatar Airways is about $180 cheaper than the direct-ish options, but the layover in Doha is almost 7 hours. I’ve flown them once before and the service was great, but I’m wondering if the savings are worth the extra airport time.

Has anyone done a longer Doha layover recently? Is the airport comfortable enough overnight or does it get tiring fast?
