Does anyone know what this road in Slovenia is called?

I came across a photo of a really beautiful road in Slovenia while reading a travel article, but I forgot to save the article and now I can’t find it again.

Does anyone know what this road is called or where exactly it is? It looked like one of those scenic mountain roads, possibly somewhere near the Alps, but I’m not sure.

Any help identifying the location would be appreciated. I’d love to add it to my Slovenia itinerary.
